Hawwa is a cartoonist and illustrator based in North Minneapolis. Their work focuses on telling stories of mental health and self-identity through the art of comic making. Hawwa is also the owner of twin cities pop-up shop, Da Comic Shop, selling new and used comics featuring primarily black stories, and owner of Harami Girl Press, offering self-publishing printing services. They also love bean pie, minecraft, and Inuyasha.
