OCT 14 - NOV 4 | PF MAIN GALLERY 144
In Other Miles: PF Studios Annual Exhibition // Artist Conversation: Thurs, Nov 2, 7pm
The conversation will feature four PF Studios artists and questions framed by guest curator, Cameron Patricia Downey.
About the artists:
Godfree Manley-Spain’s photo work includes portraiture, documentary and street, with themes of vulnerability, queer self-expression, movement and growth in community within vibrant settings.
Leeya Rose Jackson explores the intersections of identity, specifically Blackness, femininity, and queerness, with celestial and universal surrealism. She incorporates questions about Black Neurodivergence into her artwork after being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult.
With the body as site, Delaney Keshena (Menomini) uses hair, skin, and glass in their practice of crafting objects that relate stories of family, nation, and contemporary Indigenous experience.
Genie Hien Tran’s artistic practice often takes the form of collage, design, poetry and installation in order to explore the complexity of home, belonging and identity.
